Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to all store policies outlined herein.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing reasonable time for resolution may be considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to provide all relevant order documentation, shipping confirmation, and policy acknowledgment as evidence in response to any dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including but not limited to claims that contradict verified delivery or submitted evidence, may be subject to further review. Where appropriate, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds, associated fees, and any related costs, and to take additional action as permitted under applicable laws on a case-by-case basis.

Accounts associated with excessive, abusive, or fraudulent disputes may be refused future service.

Shipping & Liability
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Any delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Carrier scans and delivery confirmations shall be considered valid proof of fulfillment and delivery.

Damaged Items
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide a single, continuous, unedited video that clearly shows:

  • The shipping label with matching order information
  • The full unpacking process from a sealed package

The video must begin prior to opening the package and continue through the complete unpacking of the item(s). Edited, cut, staged, or incomplete footage will not be accepted.

This requirement is strictly enforced due to the increasing prevalence of fraudulent claims, including those involving digitally altered or AI-generated imagery, and is necessary to ensure fair and accurate claim verification.

Failure to provide this documentation within the required timeframe will result in automatic denial of the claim.

If a claim is approved, resolution will be determined at our sole discretion and may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund.

Customs Duties & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

International Orders & Customs: Refund Eligibility

  • Eligible: Packages returned due to reasons beyond the customer’s control, such as carrier errors or delivery issues, may receive a partial refund. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return expenses.
  • Not Eligible: Packages returned, refused, abandoned, or lost due to unpaid customs fees or any reason within the customer’s control are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • Reshipment will only occur once updated information is provided
  • The customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling costs

Product Condition & Buyer Responsibility
All items are sold as-is. Many products are natural materials and may contain inherent variations, inclusions, surface marks, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are not considered defects.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all descriptions, measurements, and images and accept the condition of the item.

Errors and Order Issues
If an error occurs due to our mistake (including but not limited to an incorrect or missing item), you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear supporting evidence, as per our previously stated standards. 

Approved claims will be resolved at our sole discretion and may include a replacement (if available) or store credit issued to the email associated with your customer account. Refunds to the original form of payment are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that is incomplete, inconsistent, or suspected to be fraudulent.

Payment Processing
Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been successfully processed and cleared. Orders with pending, failed, or disputed payments may be delayed or canceled at our discretion.
