 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Once an order is fulfilled and a tracking number is provided, risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier takes possession.
  • Customers must contact the carrier for delivery issues; tracking scans are considered valid proof of delivery.

 Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided via the email associated with your order.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped only once updated information is provided, and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.
  • Double- and triple-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

 International Orders & Customs

  • Customers outside the United States are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees may result in a partial refund, less shipping and return costs.
  • Packages that are abandoned, refused, or lost due to non-payment of customs fees are not eligible for a refund.
  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing and are not guaranteed.

 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees required to correct an address, reship a returned package, or for special handling requests.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible, customers must provide a single, continuous, unedited video showing:
    • The shipping label with order information
    • The full unpacking of the sealed package
  • Edited, cut, staged, or incomplete footage will not be accepted.
  • This policy is strictly enforced due to increasing fraudulent claims, including AI-generated or digitally altered imagery.
  • Approved claims may be resolved at our discretion with a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds to the original form of payment are not guaranteed.

 Processing Delays & Exceptions

  • Orders may be delayed due to high volume, holidays, weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

 No Refunds on Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except as outlined under the Damaged or Incorrect Items section.

 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  1. Provide accurate shipping information at checkout
  2. Track their order using the provided tracking number
  3. Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours using the required video documentation
