Section 6 – Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide a single, continuous, unedited video showing:

The shipping label with order information
The full unpacking of the sealed package

Edited, cut, staged, or incomplete footage will not be accepted. This policy is strictly enforced due to the increasing prevalence of fraudulent claims, including AI-generated or digitally altered imagery. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in automatic denial of the claim.

Approved claims may be resolved at our discretion with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability. Refunds to the original form of payment are not guaranteed.

Section 7 – International Orders & Customs

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees may result in a partial refund, less shipping and return costs.
Packages that are abandoned, refused, or lost due to non-payment of customs fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Section 8 – Shipping & Liability

Once a package is shipped and a tracking number is provided, risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues. Carrier tracking and scans are considered valid proof of delivery.

Section 9 – Product Use & Buyer Responsibility

Products are sold as-is. Many items are natural and may contain variations, inclusions, surface marks, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are not defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and images prior to purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge acceptance of the product condition.

Section 10 – Errors & Omissions

We may make typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if information is incorrect. No liability is assumed for such errors, and we are not obligated to notify customers.

Section 11 – Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may constitute a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to provide all order records, tracking information, and policy acknowledgment as evidence.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including claims contradicting verified delivery or documentation, may result in the pursuit of recovery of funds, fees, and legal remedies, as permitted by applicable law, on a case-by-case basis. Accounts associated with excessive or abusive disputes may be refused future service.
